You can find your orders on the Storefront Orders page. Here, you can customize views by applying filters.
Viewing orders
- Log in to Storefront.
- Select the Orders tab.
- All orders are displayed on this page.
Orders page tools Function Order ID View the details of an order. Filters Sort orders by their status. Export CSV Create a CSV file of your orders to download.
Understanding order statuses
Each order will have a status indicating its current stage.
- Log in to Storefront.
- Select the Orders tab.
- Here is a list of order statuses along with their definitions.
Order Status Definition Completed The order was successful and completed. Pending The order is pending. Canceled The order has been canceled. Failed The order has failed.
Note: Failed status: If the payment capture was unsuccessful due to incorrect payment information or bank rejection.Partially Completed The order has only been partially completed. Partially Refunded The refund has not been fully completed. Refunded The order has been refunded.
