Using Default or Custom Nameservers for New Registrations

New registrations are automatically assigned to our nameservers. However, if you have your own nameservers, you can use those instead.

If you choose to use your own nameservers, end-user clients will not be able to edit their DNS in their client Storefront.

  1. Log into Storefront Manager.
  2. Select the Account icon followed by Storefront Settings.

  3. Click Domain Defaults.

  4. By default, new registrations use our nameservers. To use your own, click Use Your Nameservers.
    Note: In order to use a DNS template our default nameservers must be active on the domain.

  5. Enter your desired nameservers and hit Save Changes.
