Viewing Orders in Storefront

All your orders can be found on the Storefront Orders page. You can customize views by applying filters.

Viewing orders

  1. Log into Storefront.
  2. Select the Orders tab.

  3. All orders are displayed on this page.

Understanding order statuses

Each order will have a status indicating its condition. 

  1. Log into Storefront.
  2. Select the Orders tab.

  3. Each order has a status indicating its condition.
    Order StatusDefinition
    CompletedThe order was successful and completed.
    PendingThe order is pending.
    CancelledThe order has been canceled.
    FailedThe order has failed.
    Note: Failed status: If the payment capture was unsuccessful due to incorrect payment information or bank rejection.
    Partially CompletedThe order has only been partially completed.
    Partially RefundedThe refund has not been fully completed.
    RefundedThe order has been refunded.

Managing Orders 

The orders page shows all orders done by your customers, including date, amount, and status.

  1. Log into Storefront.
  2. Select the Orders tab.

  3. Click the order ID.

  4. You can review all order details under the Order Items tab.

  5. The Transactions tab will show you the order status.
