OpenSRS Storefront is a fully hosted, brandable e-commerce site that lets you start selling domains immediately. Storefront handles all the end-user billing on your behalf, allowing customers to pay by credit card using the OpenSRS payment gateway service. Customers manage their domains through a user-friendly Domain Manager, allowing them to deploy, manage, and renew the services provisioned through your Storefront.
Managing domains
- Log into Storefront Manager.
- Select the Domains tab.
- Choose the domain you wish to view from the list on the domains page.
- Review the domain status under the Domain details tab.
- All changes to the domain are listed under the Event log tab.
Managing customers in Storefront
You can view and manage your customers in Storefront Manager. The Customers tab displays a list of your customers and their last login date.
- Log into Storefront Manager.
- Select the Customers tab.
- A list of your customers is displayed with their last log-in date. For a detailed view, click the customer name.
- After selecting a customer to view, Storefront Manager provides tools to help manage your customers.
Customer tools Function Customer details Contact details and password information can be found and updated here. Domains A list of the customer's domains along with their status. Event log A list of changes made to this customer's account. Login as customer Log in to this customer's account.
Searching for a customer
You can search for specific customers using keywords in Storefront Manager.
- Log into Storefront Manager.
- Select the Customers tab.
- Type in your customer name in the search field.
Customer details
- Log into Storefront Manager.
- Select the Customers tab.
- A list of your customers is displayed with their last log-in date. For a detailed view, click the customer name.

- Upon selecting a customer, the customer details page is displayed. Here, you can update the email address password, log in as the customer, and change the account status.
Customer domains
- Log into Storefront Manager.
- Select the Customers tab.

- Click Domains to bring up a list of the customer's domains. Select a Domain name to view its details.

Event Log
- Log into Storefront Manager.
- Select the Customers tab.
- A list of your customers is displayed with their last log-in date. For a detailed view, click the customer name.
- Click Event log. The event log displays any customer activity within their account.
Order Management
The Storefront Manager Orders page contains all your orders. You can customize views by applying filters.
Viewing Orders
- Log into Storefront Manager.
- Select the Orders tab.
- All orders are displayed on this page.
Orders page tools Function Order ID View the details of an order. Filters Sort orders by their status. Export CSV Create a CSV file of your orders to download.
Understanding order statuses
Each order will have a status indicating its condition.
- Log into Storefront Manager.
- Select the Orders tab.
- Each order has a status indicating its condition.
Order Status Definition Completed The order was successful and completed. Pending The order is pending. Cancelled The order has been canceled. Failed The order has failed. Partially Completed The order has only been partially completed. Partially Refunded The refund has not been fully completed. Refunded The order has been refunded.
Orders page overview
The orders page shows all orders done by your customers, including date, amount, and status.
- Log into Storefront Manager.
- Select the Orders tab.
- Click the order ID.
- You can review all order details under the Order Items tab.
- The Transactions tab will show you the order status.
Pricing Overview tab
Adjusting default pricing
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Click Pricing.
- Select Edit next to default pricing.
- Enter the desired markup percentage and save changes.
Adjusting rounding
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Click Pricing.
- Select Edit in the rounding section.
- Adjust the values that fit your needs and Save changes.
Adjusting add-on services
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Click Pricing.
- Select Edit in the add-on section.
- Adjust the pricing for add-on services and Save changes.
TLD pricing tab
Adjusting registration pricing
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Click Pricing.
- Select TLD pricing, and click Manage, followed by Edit pricing.
- Adjust any pricing for the TLD and Save changes.
Adjusting transfer pricing
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Click Pricing.
- Select TLD pricing, and click Manage, followed by Edit pricing.
- Adjust any pricing edits and Save changes.
Adjusting renewal pricing
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Click Pricing.
- Select TLD pricing, and click Manage, followed by Edit pricing.
- Adjust any pricing for the TLD and Save changes.
Adjusting redemption pricing
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Click Pricing.
- Select TLD pricing, and click Manage, followed by Edit pricing.
- Select Redemption and adjust any pricing edits, then Save changes.
Bulk editing tools
Using bulk editing, you can modify the pricing for specific TLDs.
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Click Pricing.
- Select TLD pricing and check TLDs to edit. Click Bulk edit followed by Edit pricing. Confirm your changes by hitting Save changes.
Note: Registration, renewal, transfer, and redemption pricing can be edited in bulk.
