You can revoke completed DigiCert SSL certificates through the DigiCert guest portal and cancel pending orders directly in the Reseller Control Panel (RCP). This article covers both workflows and explains the refund rules that apply.
Note: Refunds are not available for orders more than 30 days old or for Trustwave EV products. To revoke or refund a completed Sectigo or Trustwave certificate, contact OpenSRS Support.
