Resellers have the option to receive monthly reports listing users who are near or over their quota limit. This tool is helpful for proactively monitoring users and ensuring mailbox capacity is not reached, resulting in rejected messages. The list includes all users in the company who are over 80% of their limit.

Reseller report message
The destination email address populates with the email technical address by default. We use the business email address when no tech contact is listed. When the reseller provides neither of these addresses, we have no default to use.
Note: Support is unable to provide historical reports.
This message notifying resellers about the quota goes out on the first day of each month. We've enabled this feature for all email resellers. The originating address we use is [email protected].
The message's subject is email users at or near storage limit, starting with the number of users. For example, if there are four users on the list, the subject will be, "4 email users at or near storage limit."
The list itself is below the body and includes the respective users' quota percentage. Clicking an address starts a personalized message to the user. The default subject of this message is: you have reached/exceeded your storage limit.

User quota warning messages
The hosted email platform sends notifications to mailboxes warning they are approaching the current quota limit. This message is added to the respective inbox once the capacity has reached 90%.
The setting is active by default and is disabled from the MAC interface. The option to toggle the notification is under the company settings tab with the disable user quota warning email dropdown under basic settings.
The from and reply-to address used by the message is customizable. To modify the sending address, log in to the MAC interface and update the user quota from address found under the company basic settings section on the basic tab. Click Save to finalize changes.
