| GDPR Consent Reminder | REMINDER: Action Required to Complete your Order | Sent daily to asynchronous TLD contacts who have not yet provided the required consent to proceed with the order. Sent nightly for 10 days. |
| GDPR Initial Consent Request - Asynchronous | IMPORTANT: Action Required to Complete your Order | Sent upon the registration or transfer of an asynchronous domain when a contact has not previously consented to the TLD. |
| GDPR Initial Consent Request - Synchronous | Set your data use consent preferences | Sent upon the registration or transfer of a synchronous domain when a contact has not previously consented to the TLD. |
| Updated Product Consent Request | URGENT: Review and update your data use preferences | Sent when the legal basis of data elements used for a TLD that already has consent on file is changed from contract or n/a to consent. Note: This email is not currently being sent. |
