The OpenSRS Reseller Control Panel lets you configure the control panel your sub-resellers see when they sign in. From a single tab, you set the login URLs, choose what appears on the dashboard, and customize the look of the header. Use this guide to manage each of the three sections in the Sub-reseller tab.
How the Sub-reseller tab is organized
The Sub-reseller tab contains three independent sections that you can edit individually:
Control panel links — the URLs sub-resellers use to access the Classic Reseller Interface and the Reseller Control Panel.
Control panel dashboard content — the widgets sub-resellers see when they sign in.
Control panel header customization — the colors and text shown in the header of the sub-reseller dashboard.
Each section has its own Edit button and its own preview as you make changes.
Before you begin
Sign in to the OpenSRS Reseller Control Panel.
Make sure your user has permission to manage sub-reseller settings. See.
Decide whether you want a default OpenSRS URL, an OpenSRS-branded subdomain, a
resellerco.comsubdomain, or a fully custom domain for the sub-reseller login. If you plan to add a news feed or maintenance feed, gather the feed URLs in advance.
If you plan to customize the header, decide on company title, tag line, and brand colors (RGB, HSB, or hex values).
Open the Sub-reseller tab: click the Account settings tab in the top-right corner of the Reseller Control Panel, then click the Sub-reseller tab.
Step 1: Set the control panel links
Use this section to set the URLs sub-resellers use to access the Classic Reseller Interface and the Reseller Control Panel.
Click Edit next to Control panel links.
Choose one of the following URL options:

Note: A fully custom control panel URL is set up manually by OpenSRS Support, not through the control panel. Contact OpenSRS Support to request one. Step 2: Set the dashboard content
The dashboard is what sub-resellers see immediately after signing in. Any element you do not enable will appear as Hide on the Sub-reseller page. Your selections are reflected in the preview as you go.

Enable Welcome text, then enter the text in the field provided.
Enable the Quick search box.
Enable the News & updates feed. If enabled, enter values in the Newsfeed URL and Newsfeed title fields.
Enable Account balance.
Enable the Upcoming maintenance feed. If enabled, enter the Upcoming maintenance URL.
Click Submit to save your customizations.
Note: Welcome text cannot be formatted and does not support line breaks.
Step 3: Customize the header
Use this section to set the colors and text shown in the header of the sub-reseller control panel. The defaults are the standard OpenSRS brand colors. Changes are reflected in the preview pane as you make them.
Click Edit next to Control panel header customization.
Enter the Company title for the header. To leave the title blank, type a single space.
Enter the Tag line (for example: dashboard, portal, control panel). To leave the tag line blank, type a single space.
Edit any header color by clicking the color square next to the field. Choose a color using any of these methods:
