Search for trust service orders in the control panel

To search for a Trust Service order

1. In the Control Panel, click Trust.

2. In the Quick filter text box, enter all or part of the domain name or admin email for which you want to search and then click Search. You can use wildcard characters to represent part of the name.

3. Click a domain name to view information about the Trust Service for that domain.

Refining your search

You can filter the list of Trust Services based on product type, status, and date. Click Advanced Filtering and select the criteria that you want to use to filter the display.

Filtering by product type

To restrict your search to a particular type of Trust Services product, click to display the search criteria. Click the associated boxes to select or deselect the product types that you want to view. When a box contains a checkmark, only orders for that Trust Service product type are displayed in the search results. Click All to select all product types or click None to deselect all types.

Filtering by status

To restrict your search to a particular status, in the Status section, click the associated boxes to select or deselect the statuses that you want in the displayed list. When a box is checked, only the Trust Service orders that have the selected statuses are displayed in the search results. Click All to select all statuses or click None to deselect all statuses.

Filtering by date

To restrict your search according to the date that the Trust Services were created or will expire, in the Created or Expires section, click the associated field (From or To), and use the calendars to choose date ranges.

Tip: You can double-click the year that is displayed in the pop-up calendar to display months, and you can then click to jump to a particular month. In addition, you can double-click the name of the month that is displayed at the top of the pop-up calendar to display years, and then you can click to jump to that year and select a month.

Click Apply to view the search results.
