Search for Trust Service Orders in the Control Panel

The Reseller Control Panel (RCP) gives you quick filter and advanced filter tools for finding trust service orders. Use them to locate a specific certificate by domain or admin email and to narrow the list by product type, status, or date.

Before you begin

• RCP access: Sign in to the Reseller Control Panel.
• Search target: Have at least part of the domain name or admin email ready, or know the product type, status, or date range you want to filter on.

Step 1: Open the Trust tab

1. In the Control Panel, click Trust.

Step 2: Use the quick filter

1. In the Quick filter text box, enter all or part of a domain name or admin email.
2. Click Search. Wildcard characters are supported for partial matches.
3. Click a domain name in the results to view the trust service for that domain.

Step 3: Apply advanced filters (optional)

Click Advanced Filtering to narrow the list by product type, status, or date.

Filter by product type

Check or uncheck each product type to include in the results. Use All or None to toggle the full list.

Filter by status

In the Status section, check the statuses you want to include. Use All or None to toggle.

Filter by date

1. In the Created or Expires section, click the From or To field.
2. Pick start and end dates from the pop-up calendar.

Step 4: View the results

1. Click Apply to display the filtered list.

Next steps

• Export the filtered list: Use Bulk Actions to export the results to CSV.
• Open an order: Click a domain in the results to manage the order.
• Refine over time: Save the search criteria you use most for renewals or reporting.
