You can view and manage your customers in Storefront. The Customers tab displays a list of your customers and their last login date.
Managing customers
- Log into Storefront.
- Select the Customers tab.
- A list of your customers is displayed with their last log-in date. For a detailed view, click the customer name.
- After selecting a customer to view, Storefront provides tools to help manage your customers.
Customer tools Function Customer details Contact details and password information can be found and updated here. Domains A list of the customer's domains along with their status. Event log A list of changes made to this customer's account. Login as customer Log in to this customer's account.
Searching for a customer
You can search for specific customers using keywords in Storefront.
- Log into Storefront.
- Select the Customers tab.
- Type in your customer name in the search field.
Customer details
- Log into Storefront.
- Select the Customers tab.
- A list of your customers is displayed with their last log-in date. For a detailed view, click the customer name.
- Upon selecting a customer, the customer details page is displayed. Here, you can update the email address password, log in as the customer, and change the account status.
Customer domains
This area offers an overview of your registered domain, including details like expiry date, Whois Privacy status, and domain lock settings. You can manage the customer account linked to the domain and change the user if needed.
In the DNS Template section, you can apply or add a pre-configured DNS setup for easier domain configuration.
- Log in to Storefront.
- Select the Customers tab.

- Click Domains to bring up a list of the customer's domains. Select a Domain name to view its details.

Event Log
You can search for specific customers in Storefront using keywords and review the event log. The event log records significant actions and changes in a domain, including the date, time, domain name, user responsible, and a description of the event.
- Log in to Storefront.
- Select the Customers tab.
- A list of your customers is displayed with their last log-in date. For a detailed view, click the customer name.
- Click Event log. The event log displays any customer activity within their account.
