Managing Customer Details in Storefront

You can search for specific customers in Storefront using keywords and update their account details as needed. This includes editing the customer’s email address, resetting their password, changing their account status, and logging in as the customer to make changes on their behalf.

Managing Customer Details

  1. Log in to Storefront.
  2. Select the Customers tab.
  3. You will see a list of your customers sorted by their last log-in date. Select a customer name to view it in detail.
  4. Upon selecting a customer, the customer details page is displayed. Here, you can update the email address, password, log in as the customer, and change the account status.
    Note: Suspending the account status will prevent the customer from logging in until their status is changed back to active. This action is typically taken if fraud is suspected.
