Viewing Event Logs in Storefront

You can search for specific customers in Storefront using keywords and review the event log. The event log provides details about changes made to a domain name, including the date, time, and user who made the change.

  1. Log in to Storefront.
  2. Select the Customers tab.
  3. You will see a list of customers sorted by their last log-in date. To view each customer in detail, select the customer name.
  4. Select Event log. The event log displays any customer activity within their account.

Event Log Enhancements

To better support and enhance visibility into Storefront activity, we've significantly upgraded the Event Log. This update broadens the types of events recorded beyond just domain-centric actions, facilitating easier monitoring of customer changes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring faster support.

Update: Unified Event Log Format Update (June 2025)

New Standardized Format

Across Customers, Domains, and the new event Log:

New Columns:

  • Event Type – e.g., Account, Billing, Order, Settings
  • Event – Descriptive log of what occurred
  • By – Who performed the action (Customer, Admin, or System)
  • IP – Source IP address
  • Timestamp – When it happened

Accessing the Event Log

You can now see all Storefront events in one place:

  • Go to Storefront.
  • Click the upper-right menu
  • Select Event Log between "Storefront Settings" and "View your Storefront".

Filtering & Sorting

  • Filter by: Reseller, Customer, As Customer, System
  • Search bar: Search across event text and IP address
