Support Requests Now Submitted via Webform

OpenSRS Support is moving from email-based requests to a centralized webform system. The new process captures the information needed to resolve issues upfront and allows the support team to respond more efficiently. After the effective date below, emails sent to the legacy support address will not be received or actioned.

Warning: Effective August 25, 2025, OpenSRS Support no longer monitors requests sent to help@opensrs.com. Emails sent to that address after this date will not reach the support team.

About this change

The webform routes requests to the right team with the right context from the start, reducing back-and-forth. Submissions made through the support portal also let you track ticket status and communicate with the support team in one place.

How to submit a support request

Use either of the following methods to reach OpenSRS Support:

Option 1: Submit a request via the Support Form

Use the OpenSRS Support Form. The form is designed to capture the details needed to resolve your issue faster.

Option 2: Submit a ticket through the Support Portal

Sign in to the OpenSRS Support Portal to open a new ticket, view existing tickets, track progress, and communicate with the support team.

Self-service resources

The OpenSRS Help Center is available 24/7 and answers many common questions. Check the Help Center first for faster resolution on routine topics.

Next steps

  • Stop using help@opensrs.com. Update any internal documentation, runbooks, or saved contacts that reference the legacy email address.

  • Bookmark the Support Form and Support Portal. Make the webform and portal links easy to find for the team members who file tickets.

  • Create or confirm a Support Portal account. A portal login lets you track ticket history and replies in one place.

  • Check the Help Center first. For common questions, the Help Center may resolve the issue without a ticket.
