Storefront Reports Support Guide

The Storefront Reports feature offers detailed insights into your Storefront's performance. You can generate different reports to analyze sales, track taxes, and understand customer trends. Additionally, your dashboard's "Earnings" section has been renamed "Net Income." You can access the new Storefront Reports page from the dashboard and the navigation menu.

How to Use Reports

Getting Started

  • Navigate to the Reports section via:
    • Top navigation menu: Select Reports.
    • Dashboard: Select the “Get Detailed Reports button on the top right.

Choose Your Report Type

Select from the following report types:

Report TypePurpose
Income StatementShows your overall financial summary. You can select any two dates up to the current date using a date selector (start date and end date). The statement will summarize everything totaled between those two dates. 
Financial ReportBreaks down your revenue, profit, fees, and refunds.
KPIs ReportTracks key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics like orders and customers.
TLD ReportDetails of sales-specific domain extensions, top-level domains (TLDs).
Tax ReportSummarizes taxes collected and refunded by location.

Set the Date Range

You can choose a custom range or a preset:

Presets available:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • This Month
  • Year to Date
  • Last Year
  • Custom Range (default)

Tip: If you change any date manually, it will switch to “Custom Range.”

Use the calendar icons or type in dates for Start Date and End Date.

Group Your Data (Optional)

You can group data by:

  • Day
  • Month
  • Year

Generate a Report Preview

After selecting your report, date range, and grouping, select Generate Report.

A loading icon will appear, and then a table preview (max 10 rows) will be displayed for these reports:

  • Financials Report
  • KPIs Report
  • TLD Report
  • Tax Report

Download Your Report

  • Export CSV: Select the Export CSV button to download your data for use in spreadsheets or other tools.
  • Export PDF (Income Statement only): Select the Export PDF button to download a ready-to-print version of your income statement.

What's in Each Report?

Income Statement

Includes totals for:

  • Total Billings
  • Sales Tax Collected
  • Gross Revenue (Registrations, Renewals, Transfers, Privacy Protection)
  • Refunds
  • Cost of Goods Sold
  • Gross Margin
  • Storefront fees
  • Net Income

PDF Export Only

Financial Report

Includes totals for:

  • Revenue and gross margin for all product types
  • Storefront fees
  • Refunds

KPIs Report

Shows:

  • Active and new customers
  • Orders
  • Domains per customer
  • Average order value
  • Registration and renewal counts
  • Transfer-ins
  • Registration years

TLD Report

Details by TLD:

  • Sales volume
  • Revenue and profit
  • Privacy protection purchases
  • Refunds

Grouped by:

  • Day / Month / Year (based on your selection)

Tax Report

Includes:

  • Tax location (Country, State/Province)
  • Taxable sales
  • Tax collected and refunded
  • Net tax collected
  • Tax ID

Grouped by:

  • Day / Month / Year
