Storefront Notifications Support Guide

Storefront now supports automated notifications for Resellers through multiple channels: email, webhooks, and in-app notifications. This feature enables proactive communication of important events and improves visibility into Storefront activity, supporting Resellers in operating and scaling their businesses.

Email & In-App Notifications

Receive updates for key activities in your Storefront:

  • Order Events – e.g., completed orders
  • Customer Events – e.g., new account creation or access issues
  • Domain Events – e.g., domain registrations or changes

You can choose to receive these via:

  • Email – straight to your inbox
  • In-App – inside Storefront Manager

How to Enable Notifications

  1. Log in to Storefront.
  2. Navigate to Storefront Settings, followed by Notifications.

Features

  • Toggle ON/OFF for each category (Orders, Customers, Domains)
  • Enable notifications via Email, In-App, or both
  • View up to 2 subscribed emails
  • Toast notifications provide confirmation of saves and updates.

Send a Test Notification

You can send yourself a test notification to preview the layout and info:

  1. Log in to Storefront.
  2. Navigate to Storefront Settings, followed by Notifications.
  3. Select the (⋮) three dots next to your Notifications Event, followed by Send Test Email.
