Storefront simplifies domain sales with automated billing and user-friendly domain management tools.
Activating Storefront Manager
A setup process is required upon first login only. OpenSRS resellers will need to use their current credentials to log in. There will be three sections that need to be completed before the service is active.
If your store is already active, you will be taken to the domains section of your account.
Three sections must be completed before pressing Activate.
Set up a payment account
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Select the Account icon followed by Storefront settings.
- Provide your country, mobile number, email, industry, and website, then click Continue.
- Review the linked agreements, press Agree and submit to finalize.
Note: Successfully saving will automatically redirect you back to Storefront Manager. - Update the descriptor field with your branding and hit Save to complete.

Configuring general settings in Storefront
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Select the Account icon followed by Storefront settings.
- Enter a store name and support email address, then hit Save.
Note: Users can turn their store on or off using the status toggle.
Updating the technical contact
When a customer registers a domain with you, the technical contact is automatically filled in with this information.
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Select the Account icon followed by Storefront settings.
- Click Domain defaults, fill in the required fields, and hit Save.
Customize your Storefront branding
Storefront allows users to upload their branding and choose their brand color.
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Select the Account icon followed by Storefront settings.
- On the General tab, users can customize Storefronts with their own logos and brand colors. Click Upload image to apply your branding and then Save.
Note: Supported file formats are PNG and JPEG. Maximum size: 2MB
Adding custom content to your Storefront
Custom content can be used to personalize Storefronts.
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Select the Account icon followed by Storefront settings.
- Select Custom Content, and enter a heading, description, and image for your Storefront.
Note: A Save button will prompt for any new changes. - Click Upload image to add branding to your Storefront domain transfer section.
Adding a custom favicon
A favicon is a small icon used on web browsers to represent your Storefront web page.
- Log into Storefront Manager
- Select the Account icon followed by Storefront settings.
- On the General tab, click Upload image to apply your favicon.
Note: Supported file formats are PNG and JPEG. Maximum size: 512 px x 512 px favicon
