Our search reg system orders tool allows resellers to search for a domain order based on order ID or specific criteria. This tool helps resellers modify, resubmit or find details on orders.
Search using order ID
Find specific orders through the search by ID section. An order ID from a previously submitted or saved order is required.
Note: We archive data older than 16 months. We always preserve the data, and orders are easily accessed.
- Navigate to the Reseller Web Interface (RWI).
- Click Search reg system orders.
- Enter the order number in the order ID field. Click Search.
Note: Optionally, check the search archived data checkbox for old orders.
Advanced order searches
Performing a search using the advanced search can return results from multiple orders and help cast a wide net when looking for specific orders. Order ID numbers are not applicable in these searches. Categories to filter search results include registration type, order status and date.
- Navigate to the RWI.
- Click Search reg system orders.
- Complete the advanced search section as needed. Click Search.
Note: Optionally, check the search archived data checkbox for old orders.
