Renewals
Renewal requests should be submitted prior to the domain’s expiry date in order to renew the domain.
*Note. The domain will be deleted ~13 days before expiry if not renewed or Auto-renew is not switched 13 days prior.
Auto-renew can be removed up to ~15 days prior to the domain’s expiration date, otherwise, the domain will renew.
Transfers
The .TO domain Auth Codes are only active for 14 days from the date of creation. With this in mind, to initiate a transfer away for the .TO domain, please submit a support request to [email protected] and kindly provide us with the domain name and your reseller username. Make sure that the domain is unlocked also.
We will then generate a new Auth Code and the new code is valid for 14 days from creation date. If the transfer does not complete with in the time frame, you may need to request a new Auth Code.
Changes of ownership
There is a cost of $40 for any change of ownership/trade.
WHOIS Lookups
WHOIS lookup can be done in the following format:
http://www.tonic.to/whois?yourdomainhere.to
Replace "yourdomainhere.to" with the domain name you want to look up.
The WHOIS server is available on port 43 at whois.tonic.to
The ability to contact the domain owner is also available through the registry site directly.
