Updating Domain Contacts in the Test Environment

This guide provides an overview of how end users can manage their domain contacts. 

While the steps are demonstrated in the test environment, the procedure is identical in the live environment. This information is intended to help resellers better understand the customer experience and provide informed support.

  1. Visit your test Storefront environment.
    Note: To access the test site, use the following link: resellerusername.test.shopco.com. Be sure to replace "resellerusername" with your own reseller name.
  2. Select Manage next to the domain.
  3. The Overview tab will open first. Scroll down to find the contacts section. Select Edit to modify any contacts for the test domain.
