This guide will show you how to navigate as a customer to manage your DNS settings. In this section, customers can update their nameservers, manage DNS settings, and configure domain forwarding.
Although we are discussing the test environment, the procedure is the same in the live environment. This risk-free environment allows you to experience Storefront just as your customers do.
- Visit your test Storefront environment.
Note: To access the test site, use the following link: resellerusername.test.shopco.com. Be sure to replace "resellerusername" with your own reseller name. - Select Manage next to the domain.
- Select Nameservers & DNS. In this section, customers can update their nameservers, manage DNS settings, and configure domain forwarding.
