Phone mail client setup and server settings

Our webmail service is compatible with both Android and iPhone mail applications. The default for Android is Gmail and the default for iPhone is Apple mail. These apps are typically preinstalled on the phone and support signing in using POP or IMAP connection to your email.

Apple mail mobile setup

  1. Open Settings on your phone.

  2. Scroll down and select Mail, then choose Accounts.

  3. Select Add account.

  4. Select Other.

  5. Select Add mail account.

  6. Enter in your email details, including your password, and click Next.

  7. Select IMAP or POP connection, fill in your email server settings, and password, then click Next.
     Note: The outgoing mail server settings on your iPhone will say optional. These are required to be able to send mail from your device.

  8. Toggle the mail option to the On position and click Save

Gmail android mobile setup

  1. Open the Gmail app on your phone.

  2. Click your Profile picture.

  3. Click Add another account.

  5. Enter your full email address and click Next.

  6. Select IMAP or POP

  7. Enter the password for your email address and click Next.

  8. Enter the incoming server settings, and your password, then click Next.

  9. Enter the outgoing server settings, and your password, then click Next.

  10. Uncheck any account options that you do not want and click Next.
