Transfers
For transfers in, the domain registrant needs to send an email to sales@register.ly with the following content:
I, the domain owner of exct.ly, hereby confirm that I wish to transfer the domain exct.ly to the account support@epag.de.
This email must be sent from the domain owner's email address entered in the registry database.
For transfers out of OpenSRS, the domain registrant will send same email, except support@epag.de would be replaced with the gaining registrar’s email.
