You can suspend a bulk change request that is waiting or processing, then resume it later, or terminate it permanently. This page explains how to manage in-progress requests from the bulk actions queue and the time limits that apply.
About managing bulk requests
Any bulk change request in the waiting or processing phase can be suspended temporarily. You cannot suspend a request that is already terminated or completed. Requests stay visible in the bulk actions queue for two weeks after completion, and you can resume a suspended request within that two-week window. If you do not resume it in time, the request is automatically removed from the queue.
Warning: Terminating a request might not affect every domain in it, since some changes may already have been applied. A terminated request cannot be restarted.
Step 1: Suspend or terminate a bulk actions job
- Click the bulk actions icon at the top right of the Reseller Control Panel.
- On the Bulk actions page, locate the request and click its description.
- On the Bulk action details page, click the Suspend or Terminateicon.
- Suspend pauses the job so you can resume it within two weeks.
- Terminate cancels the request permanently; it cannot be restarted.
Step 2: Resume a suspended bulk actions job
- Click the bulk actions icon at the top right of the Reseller Control Panel.
- On the Bulk actions page, locate the request and click its description.
- On the Bulk action details page, click the play button to resume the job.
