Registration requirements

When registering .soy or .how domains, only three fields are required: 

• Owner Contact
• Tech Contact
• Admin Contact
  
  

Note: There is no requirement for a billing contact, you may require to adjust your registrations including submissions from API to accommodate this requirement.
