Plans

OpenSRS Cloud Hosting is currently in closed beta and is available only to participating resellers. To sign up for Cloud Hosting, visit opensrs.com/hosting

Every Cloud Hosting site must be associated with a plan. Plans are separate from applications:

• Plans define the features, resources, and service limits available to that site.
• Applications define the software stack your site runs.

Available Plans

During the closed beta, only one plan is available: the Closed Beta plan. Every site created during the closed beta is assigned to this plan.

What’s Included

The Closed Beta plan includes:

• An isolated LAMP environment for each site
  Each site runs in its own isolated container, completely independent from all other sites. Resources are not shared between sites.
• An isolated phpMyAdmin environment per site
  phpMyAdmin runs on a separate isolated container, available to manage the site’s database.
• Automatic daily backups
  Backups are retained for 5 days.
• Support for up to 5 custom domains per site
  Each site can be connected to and served from up to 5 custom domains.
• Free SSL/TLS certificates
  Every custom domain added to a site is assigned a free Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate.
• One SFTP account per site
  Additional SFTP accounts are not currently available.
• One MySQL database per site
  Databases are hosted on Amazon RDS. Additional databases cannot currently be created.

Current Limits

Site containers will autoscale and adjust automatically based on usage.

We are currently collecting usage data and are not enforcing fixed limits for files, bandwidth, CPU, RAM, databases, PHP workers, or similar resources beyond our acceptable use policy.

This beta usage data will help us define future plans, resource limits, and acceptable usage levels.

Pricing

Pricing for Cloud Hosting is still being finalized, and will be informed by usage data gathered during the beta.

Participating beta resellers using free plans will receive advance notice before any charges are introduced. A grace period will also be provided for sites already running during the beta.

We are currently planning a straightforward per-site monthly pricing model. More details will be shared as they become available.
