Hosting Manager is your control panel for OpenSRS Cloud Hosting.
This guide walks you through every tab - the Sites List, Overview, Connectivity, Settings, and Backups - so you know exactly where to find what you need and how to complete common tasks.
Sites List
The Sites List is your home screen. It gives you the tools to locate, filter, and open any site quickly.
Columns Shown in the Sites List
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Name | The name you assigned to the site. |
Primary Domain | The domain currently set as primary for the site. |
Site Status | The current status of the site. |
Plan | The hosting plan associated with the site. |
Application | The application selected for the site. |
Finding a Site
- Use the search bar at the top to filter by Name or Primary Domain.
- Use the filters to show or hide sites by Status, Plan, or Application.
- Click any column header to sort the list by that field.
- Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab is the first thing you see when you open a site. It shows the site's current status, application, PHP version, plan, and all domains associated with the site, including which one is set as primary.
Information Shown in Overview
Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
Site Status Indicator | The site's current status and/or any informational tags for actions in progress or actions required |
Application | The application installed on the site, including version number for recognized applications |
PHP Version | The PHP version currently running on the site. |
Plan | The hosting plan assigned to the site. |
Domains | All domains linked to the site, with primary domain on top. You can change the primary domain, view DNS instructions, open the site URL, or configure SSL/TLS. |

Connectivity Tab
The Connectivity tab brings together everything needed to point DNS to your site and access its tools.
Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
DNS Records | A complete list of records to add at your domain's registrar or DNS provider, not available while in Draft mode. |
SFTP | Host, port, and username for connecting via any SFTP client. |
Database | Username and password for phpMyAdmin, with a direct link to open it. |
Quick Links | Automatic log in to WP Admin and phpMyAdmin. |
Settings
The Settings tab gives you administrative controls for the site.
Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
Site Information | Site name, primary domain, application version and PHP version |
Deactivate Site | Takes the site offline temporarily while preserving all data. |
Delete Site | Permanently removes the site and all of its data. This action cannot be undone. |
Import Site | Brings an existing WordPress site into the platform by uploading site files and a database. |
Backups
The Backups tab shows available backups for the site, schedule and retention details, and lets you restore to a previous state.
